About Mahis Tourism Cooperative

The Association is a non-governmental organization run by affiliated and appointed persons in accordance with the cooperative principles and legislation in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It has the status of legal personality and as such has the right to own movable and immovable funds and to hold contracts, agreements and be a liability in the proceedings you hold or are held against and in other judicial proceedings. It also has to carry out all legal actions to achieve their objectives and objectives in accordance with the provisions of the cooperative laws and regulations.

A cooperation that actively contributes to raising the economic, social, cultural and tourism level of its members and the community.

To establish a culture of collaborative investment based on teamwork, concerted efforts and the use of resources to contribute to reducing unemployment and poverty through its sustainable projects.

Investment in tourism projects (investment of the municipality park of Mahis)

Cultivation of medicinal plants and aromatic roses (shami rose) and extraction of medicinal oils from them

Investment of government land and Mahis fountains in Hydroponics

Investing in the establishment of a tourist restaurant in Wadi Shoaib

Investing in the establishment of a nursery (smart kindergarten)

Work on the construction of the Mahis Cultural Street, which extends from the old Mahis Mosque, which ends at The Mahis Elementary School
